Lots 148-150 Ashland: workers were not using any heavy equipment or machinery. Superior carpentry: worker was using a guarded table saw with shop vac, eye equipment, and safety gloves. Extension chord wasfree of cuts and splices with a grounding pin, which was tucked along the wall of the garage out of tripping hazard. No issues. LOTS 191-194 Paulsons: circular saw was being used with a gaurd, extension chords had no splices or cuts. Chord was layer out haphazardly, asked worker to please keep chord tucked to the wall to avoid tripping hazard. He did so immediately. Worker was wearing safety glasses and gloves as well as ear protection. No issues. Lots 151-154 Ferguson: workers were unloading washer and dryer with push cart trolly. Worker used straps to lift the heavy objects into the house. Lots 187-190 no workers on sight. Lots 211-214 no workers on sight Lots 215-218 framing: workers on the roof are tied off to a secure anchor point. Fall protection plan is posted and filled out correctly. Lots 219-222 ek plumbing, workers are all using proper PPE, self supporting ladders are appropriate height for the job and in good condition.
