Lots 191-194: superior carpentry- table saw was equity with blade guard, worker was wearing safety glasses and gloves, extension chord was free of splices and cuts. Paulsons flooring- skill saw had blade guard, worker was wearing safety glasses and gloves. Was not using an extension chord, but his chord had grounding pin and was free of splices and cuts. No issues. Lots 151-154: Westside- worker was not using any power tools. His ladder was in good condition and the appropriate height for the job. Lots 175-178: turbo- workers were using ladders appropriate height for job, they had a fall protection plan filled out on their car (this was a 30 days item, they were painting siding for homeowner so they did not post it on the house) ladders extension was 3 feet above the surface it was leaned against. Fall protection was in place. No issues. Lots 211-214 drew excavation- spoil piles were moved more than 2 feet away from excavation. Utilities were marked and there were no opportunities for cave ins. No issues.
