Lot 33, 52, 54, 74, 77, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131 - Final Punch, HOWT, HOSO or INVENTORY. No safety concerns.

Lot 5, 6 - Drywall in progress. No scaffolding. No drywallers on site. 

Lot 7, 8 - Plumbing rough in progress. Safety rails on windows & rail is up. No safety concerns.

Lot 9, 10 - Backfill in progress. No safety concerns.

Lot 75, 76 - Flooring in progress. No trades on site. Once they arrive, I will inspect their saws.

Lot 117, 119 - Backfill complete. No post and beams until after the new year. 

Lot 118, 120 - Framing pick up. All cords are safe. Rails are up on windows and half wall installed. Stairs in prior to framing second floor. No safety concerns.
