Lots 191-194: Westside: all ladders are in good condition, fully extended, and are the appropriate height for the job.

No issues.


Lots 223-226: framing: workers are all tied off and wearing hard hats, safety glasses and gloves. Fall protection plan is filled out and posted. Ladders are all extended 3 rungs above the top surface and are at the correct angle.

No issues.

Lots 215-218: siding: scaffolding is plumb, fully planked, have fully installed cross bracing, and are on a solid surface.

A vacuum was present but did not see anyone cutting siding at the time of my inspection.

No issues.
