Greely farms lot 116 excavators are backfilling utilities. The one ladder they have for roof access extends 3 feet past the roofline fall protection work plan is present cut man is wearing hardhat and has the vacuum going Installer is wearing eye protection and it\'s properly tied off their pump. Jacks are leveled and have proper footing no hazards found at this time. Lot 119 framers are doing Pick Up work wrapping up the inside. They are currently on lunch break, but they had one A-frame ladder that was leaning up against the house. This one was not set up to be leaning so I spoke to them about it and they confirmed that they just set it up and we\'re not planning on using it on that particular area and they will use it correctly opening it up . All of them are wearing eye protection, and there are no hazards found at this time. Lot 117 has plumbers doing Ruff out all of their chords are free of spices and they are just using hand tools at the moment they have one A-frame out that is 8 foot and is adequate size for the type of work. They are completing no hazards found at this time Lot 54 drywaller\'s in there doing drywall touchup he has a 4 foot A-frame and a compressor to re-spray texture. All of his cords are free of spices, and there are no hazards found this time Lot 12 framers have started construction of the first floor. They are currently erecting walls. Everybody is wearing eye protection and hardhats. Fall protection. Work plan is present no hazards found at this time. Lot 10 framers are commencing second floor. They\'re currently putting up handrails around the perimeter of the second floor. I confirmed with them that they would be finishing the stairway prior to erecting any walls on the second floor no hazards found at this time Lot five painters are currently wrapping up interior paint. I was not able to walk in there as they were spraying and were wearing full PPE. Lot seven landscapers have started running sprinkler lines. They are simply using hand tools no hazards found at this time.
