LOTS 148-150- west side drywall- worker was not using a ladder or power tools.

LOTS 191-194- no workers on site.

LOTS 215-218- no workers on site.

No issues.

LOTS 211-214- workers were working on the second floor without having stairs built. Workers were not on site at the time I conducted my safety walk.


LOTS 223-226- Sheetrock- workers were using ladders fully extended, appropriate height for the job, and in good condition. Workers were also using power drills with safety glasses and gloves.
