LOTS 191-194: turbo- workers were using self supporting ladders, fully extended, in good condition, and appropriate height for the job.

No issues.

LOTS 215-218: turbo- painters are tied off to secure anchor points, ladders are extended 3 feet above the top surface. Fall protection plan was in place but not filled out. I talked to their crew lead and had him fill it out on the spot. 

No other issues.

LOTS 219-222: backsplash install(Paulsons)- worker is using safety goggles and gloves to cut tile pieces.

Flooring install(Paulson\'s)- worker is wearing safety glasses and gloves, table saw has a blade guard, extension chords are tucked away and free of splices.

No issues.

LOTS 223-226: HVAC- worker is using a self supported ladder, fully extended, appropriate height for the job.

No issues.

LOTS 211-214: framing- workers are completing the second floor and now have stairs installed. Workers are wearing safety glasses and gloves, extension chords are free of splices, plugged into a temporary generator.
