Lot 326 - no rail at upper south east window- framer is contacted to fix today. 

Lot 326 - excavation- worker was unaware of whether or not locates were called in. Manager called to verify locates were called in. Explained that workers should have an understanding of locates and no whether or not they\'ve been called in. 

Lot 324 - millwork - workers on break. No safety hazards present.

Lot 323  - sheet rock delivered with no straps. DTS to come back and install.

Lot 316 - painters - front door locked to allow for ladder extended behind front door. No safety hazards observed.

Lot 313 - West side - no workers present scaffolding in place properly installed with cross bracing and properly planked.

Lot 312 - post and beam - workers observed using proper GFCI. No safety hazards observed.
