PVV Phase 8 Lot 701 Framing has began on the first floor. GFCI three-way is plugged into 10th power and cords are in good condition. The compressor is plugged in directly at the Gold temp power, and chords are managed in a nice and neat way. Framing crew is wearing hardhats with safety vest and eye protection and nailing off the subfloor deck, and the site is nice and clean and tidy at this point. PVV Lot 699 the foundation is clean and tidy no bands or sharp edges are exposed at this time. The foundation is clean and neat. Utilities are dug and no trenches are over 5 feet deep. Locates called him before digging. PVV Lot 704 trusses are being set. We have two framing crewmembers up in the trusses, tied off at different tiedown points. The crew is dressed appropriately with hardhats, safety, glasses, gloves, high, viz., ability, vest, and work sweatshirts. The GFCI is used at the temporary power. Second floor windows has safety rails up and safety railings up the staircase are installed. The second floor is kind of a mess. I had to stop tell the crew to and stack bird blocks, so they were in a tidy place. They cleaned up the hoses and cords, so they were kept up by a nail going up the staircase, and not on the ground or on the stairs. Ladders were all in good condition., cords had grounds and hoses in good order. PVV 683 The siding crew was on site 2 crew members up on the front roof tied off installing over the front porch roof area. Hard hats and safety glasses on all workers. Santos was on site installing on the main floor. They were also setting up the pump jacks ams scaffoldimg on the left side of the home. They used the pump jack bases and set all the pumps up level. The plans were all chained and locked in position. GFCI 3 way was in use. Cords were all in good shape and grounds in tact. All of the crew members had hard hats safety glasses and safety vests and jackets. PVV 687 flooring, crew was on site installing flooring. They had no hearing protection, no glasses, so I called him out and had him put his safety glasses and hearing protection on. He put his GFCI in at the temp as well as I checked the cords with them to the table saw.. The table saw had the guard installed. PVV 680 Tile crew was installing backer board at the shower pan locations. They had good cords. PVV 679 granite counters were being installed. The crew had their carts and negotiatied the stairs with two sets of carts. The installers was good cords plugged in at GFCI in 680 garage. PVV 476-479 roof delivery company was delivering shingles. They had safety tape up around their vehicle as well as the alleyway so no one can come around the delivery truck. They had to workers up on the roof. They both tied off at the tiedown location and they were told to put another fall anchor location in and just moved over to the second tie off location. Appropriate PPE was worn.
