LOTS 211-214: framers- workers fall safety protection was not tied down to a secure anchor point and was instead tied to a truss. Corrective action was taken immediately. Picture will be included.



LOTS 215-218: pac crest- workers were using a table saw with the blade guard, as well as eye protection and safety gloves.

No issues.

LOTS 219-222: Westside- no issues
Turbo: self supporting ladders were fully extended and the appropriate height for the job.

No issues.

LOTS 223-226: siders- siders were made to leave the site for the day because they still haven\'t completed their safety training paperwork.



LOT 189: turbo- painters were using extension ladders in good condition set up extended 3 feet above the top surface. Worker was tied securely to a roof anchor point.

No issues.
