Lots 211- m214: roofing- all workers are wearing safety gloves and glasses, and are tied off correctly to secured anchor points.

Improper housekeeping. Framers were instructed to clean up.

Lots 215-218: tile/grout: no issues.

Ashland Landscaping: workers were using microwave without ground pin. Workers were asked not to use microwave on site until they get ground pin.

Cabinet install: no issues.

Lots 219-222: 


Lots 223-226: Sheetrock hanger(Westside)- no issues.

Lot 272: Oregon windows- worker was not tied off. He had finished work when we saw him but we asked him not to work on our site without fall protection. He did have his fall protection plan in place.

Ek plumbing- ladders are in working condition and the appropriate height for the job.

Lot 284: Westside drywall hangars- using extension chords with no ground pins.

Workers had more extension chords in his truck and threw the old ones away.
