L 99 framers/fall protection was up and they even asked for a hard hat because they didn\'t have one. We gave it to them. ??

L 102 flooring installers/saws had guards on them 

L 104 HVAC installers/ladders where being used properly tools where being used properly. 

L 118 tapers/scaffolding was not correct made them correct it. 

L 116 electricians/ladders where not being used proper tool usage was observed

L 72 painters/all PPE was present 

L 70 draywallers/proper usage of ladders was observed 

L 75 excavation/machine operator and ground guy had proper PPE on
