PVV 679-680 Trim install on both lots superior carpentry had new cords and new equipment with the appropriate guards installed. I asked the installer cutting to put on safety glasses. The installer nailing had glasses and appropriate attire. PVV 682 stone was being installed on the exterior of the home. The crew had appropriate attire and gloves. The guy using the saw, was wearing hearing protection and glasses. PVV 683 siding crew was wrapping up and stacking siding. They removed the scaffolding and over to 700. They appear to be working safely and the guy on the roof was wearing harness and fall arrest appropriately. There were three guys removing the scaffolding. PVV 692 integrity roofing, QC roof was working on the building and had extension ladder 3 foot past the gutter and tight off. He attached immediately to the fall anchor, and was working safely.. wearing appropriate PPE and the nail gun was cordless. PVV 691 integrity painting was spraying the exterior as well as trim there a ladder was extended 3 foot past the gutter line. They use duct boards around the home to ensure that they did not slip in the mud and dirt. The sprayer was plugged into GFCI power. PVV 690 WESTSIDE\'S NAILING CREW WAS WORKING ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THERE WAS NO SCAFFOLDING USED AT THIS TIME THEY WERE USING THE SHORT THREE AND 4 FOOT SCAFFOLD TYPES THAT WERE SELF SUPPORTING. THE CREW WAS WORKING WITH CHORDS THAT WERE GOOD, AND JEFF CI WAS PLUGGED INTO THE TEMPORARY POWER. PVv 700 the siding crew was setting up scaffold on this lot and siding the west side of the home they were five crewmembers all had hardhat, safety, glasses, masks, and we\'re dressed appropriately wearing birds with toe protection one guy was on the ground, cutting with vacuum cleaner and saw that was connected to the vacuum. Two workers were working up on the scaffolding, tied off to separate Anchorage points and two guys were working down on the first floor on the south side of the home below the porch area . PVV 701 Framing Creek was receiving trusses. I made sure that the truss delivery truck use cones and triangles that were high viz. ability. We moved him to ensure we had 12 foot clearance for fire truck and safety equipment to get by. The aerial truss workers had their hardhats and safety vest on. The crew are four framers from Alton general. All had head hardhat safety glasses. Hi viz. vest. Their cords to their charger were grounded and GFI protected and compressor was directly plugged into the temp and cord was good on the compressor hoses were stowed and ran up above on the staircase with nails, holding the Hoses up from tripping being a trip hazard the crew were setting the trusses off of 60 inch scaffold double 2 x 6, so they were not up above the walls and they were working very safely setting the trusses. PVV lot 703 framing crew was decking the first floor all the framers were wearing hardhat, safety glasses and we\'re properly equipped their cords and saws all had the appropriate guards on them and we\'re being used correctly. All of the framing crew had appropriate invisibility hi viz. ability, sweatshirts or vests on. Is that we\'re nailing had safety glasses, and all of the framing guys had gloves and appropriate PPE. PVV lot 704 had three roofers on it from integrity roofing. They were dressed appropriate. They use GFCI for their cords and compressor was good. Hoses were good. They were not working safely up on the roof. Two times I saw them off of there fall ropes walking around the roof the roof I called out to them to get back on their fall ropes attached to their harnesses. I called Andrew with integrity and told him to call them immediately as well as calling JohnCody and Jose. Jose came out site foreman for Integrity roofing and had a talk with them and told them to make sure and ensure they are wearing their fall arrest at all times in case of inspection, but it is the safe way to conduct business..
