Lots 211-214: no workers on site. Housekeeping is being maintained, all garage entrances have makeshift steps in place.

No issues.


Lots 215-218: millwork- worker is using a circular saw equip with a blade guard, vacuum attached to the saw, extension chord had grounding pin and no splices, worker was wearing safety glasses and gloves.

No issues.


Lots 219-222: Westside- worker was just setting up, but his A frame ladder was in good condition, was the appropriate height for the job, and was fully extended.

No issues.


Lots 223-226: Westside- workers were not using any power tools/equipment. Workers were wearing breathing masks to protect from fumes and particles. 

No issues.


Lot 278: Siding- workers were doing the bottom of the house and did not have their scaffolding set up yet, vacuum for silica was set up and plugged in with ground pin. Workers were wearing PPE. Including hard hats, and safety glasses.

No issues.

Lot 279: hvac- workers were using ladders of the appropriate height and in good condition, had hard had on their person to wear once they exit the building.

No issues.

Lot 243: framing- worker was just setting up for the day, but I had him check his ground pins on extension chords, skill saw had a blade guard. Workers had their PPE on hand.

No issues.
